This policy explains refunds for the Konvener Pro subscription.

Free plan

The Free plan is free; nothing to refund.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly at US$15. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the current paid period.
14-day money-back: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund of that first month.
Renewals after the first month are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of prolonged service unavailability caused by us.

How to request

Email legal@konvener.app from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within [5–10] business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
